Refund Policy


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate shipping address. No refunds will be issued for an inaccurate shipping information we receive from you.

The following items are non-refundable:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please see the "Refunds" section for more information.

Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturing facilities. We only accept the returns to our headquarters at 1009-1 Rean Drive, North York, Ontario, Canada M2K3C1.

There are certain situations where only Partial Refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Missing or Misplaced Items with a Confirmed "Delivered" Status (if applicable):
Depending on your shipping address and country, we may be able to provide you with a tracking number at the time of fulfilling your order. In situations where your order was delivered and its status of delivery was confirmed by your local post office's tracking website, Yours2Style will not be responsible for your missing or misplaced order. This is a responsibility of your local post office or delivery facility to find your missing items instead. We recommend you to contact your local post office or delivery facility and follow their instructions to file a claim for a missing mail. The refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis and on Yours2Style's sole discretion on whether or not to issue a refund, less the shipping cost (if applicable). 

Shipments with a "Pre-Shipment or In-Transit" Status (if applicable):
International shipments will usually take between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the port of entry, processing time, and weather condition, therefore, Yours2Style do not guarantee the shipment by a specific date, as the international shipment duration may vary for reasons beyond our control. 

You can always get in touch with your local shipping company (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, etc.) to further inquire about your order's shipment status, file a missing mail claim and/or get notifications on the the package arrival using tracking number (if provided to you) following your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Should the 8-week shipping grace period is passed and the you do not receive your order, we will start an investigation on the possible reasons behind the delay and we will issue refunds based on the outcome of our investigation.

On the returned items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In either the above cases, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less the shipping cost (if applicable), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the original purchase price prior to issuing the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yours2styleinfo@gmail.com and send your item to: 1009-1 Rean Drive, North York, Ontario, Canada M2K3C1.

Shipping Your Returns: 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1009-1 Rean Drive, North York, Ontario, Canada M2K3C1.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All applicable import fees, carrier fees, custom fees, etc. will be deducted from your total refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, we encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
